What each tool does
Merge PDF
To merge PDF files, add them in the order you want, then press Merge. The pages are copied one after another into a new PDF. This tool does the work inside your browser, so private documents such as bank statements or medical reports are never uploaded.
JPG to PDF
To convert JPG to PDF, add your images, choose a page size such as A4 or Letter, and press Create PDF. Each image becomes one page, scaled to fit with a small margin. The conversion runs in your browser, so the images are not uploaded.
Split PDF
To split a PDF, open it, type the pages you want (for example 1-3, 7) and download a new PDF containing only those pages. To remove pages, list the pages to keep. This tool copies the chosen pages with pdf-lib inside your browser, so the original file is never uploaded.
PDF to JPG
To convert PDF to JPG, open the PDF here and each page is drawn as an image you can download as JPG or PNG. Choose a higher quality for printing or a lower one for small upload limits. The conversion uses Mozilla's pdf.js inside your browser, so the PDF isn't uploaded.
Compress PDF
To compress a PDF, the pages are re-saved as images at a lower resolution and JPG quality, which cuts the size of scanned documents and photo-heavy files by 50–90%. Pick 'Strong' for upload limits like 200 KB or 1 MB, and 'Light' when the text must stay sharp. Text in the result is no longer selectable, so keep the original for editing.
